How We Make Your Custom Carry-All:
- Place your order: select your bag color, and choose how many images you would like on your bag (Between 1-4 images. We include a maximum of 2 images on the front and 2 images on the back.)
- Then prepare your favorite pet portrait photos* to email to us
- Email us 2-3 favorite portraits* (per pet) of your (or your loved one's) fur baby
- We'll create a mock-up of your bag
- We email your proof for approval
- And poof! It's made in Montreal and finished in NYC before being shipped to you.
DETAILS: "WHAT KIND OF PHOTOS SHOULD I SEND?"
- The portraits should show the animal's face clearly with good lighting. No poorly lit photos, please.
- Portraits of any variety of pet are welcome.
- We will notify you if the photos that you submit do not yield a quality result for your bag, and we may request an additional photo/s.
- Artistic Note: Pets wearing clothing or with funny expressions make for a great bag.

Our designs are made one-at-a-time in Canada, finished by-hand in NYC by Rosie and her team. After the finishing touches and a *Chef's Kiss* of joy, they ship to you from New York with a flourish!
Due to international logistics, Carry All orders arrive to you in approximately 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise notified.
