I understand that effective FLORIS membership requires engagement, and that all members agree to participate in their membership a minimum of once per quarter by attending one FLORIS online session or one in person event.

I understand that FLORIS is an annual membership. The cost is $599 per year payable at the beginning of my 12-month membership cycle. If my membership is approved, I will be sent a membership agreement and payment link for this membership cost.
