This is a 5 week program. We meet weekly on Zoom.
This program will provide life-changing benefits if you do it as it's designed. The design of the program requires your participation and full presence at 6 online meetings. What you receive out of the program is connected to how you participate. Please note: it is distracting for other participants if you are not present on the video calls (i.e. moving around, talking with other people in the background, cooking, being out at a restaurant with other people, doing other things than being in the present moment with the other members of the program during the meetings). Please respect the design of the program by being on-time and fully present for all 6 meetings. In doing it as it's designed, the program will reward you with insights, clarity, a new relationship with food, greater creativity, and feeling POWERFUL in your life and yummy in your body.
