Rosie is the host and creator of What Comes Now, a live show and podcast about books and leadership, covering everything that brings people together or pulls them apart. At the monthly live event in NYC, Rosie interviews incredible leaders who are breaking stereotypes.
Rosie is the anchor Co-Chair of the 2020 Women On Boards annual event in NYC, advocating to increase the number of women on public corporate boards. She serves on the Board of Directors of New America Alliance, which advocates in the financial sector for Latinx fund managers to have fair consideration in access to capital. She is frequently invited to participate in strategic discussions about diversity and collaboration.
Rosie is a member of NEXUS and is the Co-Chair of the NEXUS Lab on Regenerative Culture, and she formerly served on the Board of Directors for Bay Area Council, the most powerful trade policy advocacy group in northern California. She was a founding member of The Battery in San Francisco and served on its Membership Committee, and is a founding member of The Assemblage in NYC.
Rosie von Lila currently works as the Interim CEO of Saving Jane, a non-profit working in the prevention of human trafficking. Previously, she was Co-Founder and Director, Marketing and Investor Relations of LUMERA, an investment firm focused on infrastructure investment in the U.S. She also previously worked with Burning Man, and now serves as an advisor and consultant.
